Anna Hadan is a fourth-year mechanical engineering student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, pursuing a bachelor’s degree with minors in product design and mathematics. As a dedicated sister of the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon, she plans to advance her expertise through a master’s degree at UNL. Anna is a passionate advocate for women in STEM, leading initiatives like Women in Manufacturing and VEX Robotics’ Girl Powered workshops to inspire and grow female participation in technical fields. As a recruiter for the College of Engineering, she actively promotes diversity by engaging prospective students and showcasing opportunities in engineering. At UNL, Anna excels as the founder, secretary, and driver of the Figure 8 race team and serves as president of the VEX Robotics team. She contributes to innovative research with the agricultural robotics team and works as a product design engineering intern at Lozier during the academic year, blending leadership, creativity, and technical expertise.
Abigail Frank is a senior at Purdue University, majoring in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. She is the Project Manager of the Purdue Space Program’s (PSP) High Altitude Team, where she leads a team of over 50 students designing, testing and building reusable two-stage solid rockets. The most recent project earned third place at the Argonia Cup in March 2025. At Purdue, Abigail is an Honors College Mentor, an Ambassador for the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and part of the Leading Women Toward Space Careers program. She is invested in supporting women through professional development and leadership opportunities in these organizations. She is particularly interested in leadership philosophies and building highly functional teams. She has experience at NAVAIR as a Flight Test Engineering Intern and at Project Kuiper as a Mission Management Intern on the Launch Team.
Sophia Harrill is a senior and honors thesis candidate at Lafayette College majoring in chemical engineering. She recently completed a process engineering internship at Air Products and hopes to work in the pharmaceutical or chemicals industries as a process engineer either in developing or manufacturing. Sophia currently serves as co-president of the Lafayette College chapter of AIChE, as well as Vice President of the Lafayette Tau Beta Pi chapter. Passionate about sustainability, she conducts research on biodegradable polyesters made from birch bark.
Emma Furlong is a 2nd year student pursuing a BS in Computer Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a sister of the Gamma Epsilon chapter. She first became interested in technology through the Exelon STEM Academy, where she became passionate about helping to shape a better tomorrow and helping other women discover their passions for engineering. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she is a member of the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management - a highly competitive interdisciplinary honors program. Emma is also the secretary of the Society of Women Engineers, a volunteer at Husker Pantry, and a peer mentor at the Raikes School.
Olivia Judd is a second-year student at the University of Virginia pursuing a BS in Systems Engineering. She has an endless pursuit for knowledge striving to develop new ways to combine and enhance the worlds of engineering and business. She is passionate about analyzing complex systems, especially in the business sector. She currently serves as a recruitment chair for UVA's Alpha Omega Epsilon chapter. Outside of A.O.E., she serves as the collegiate state president of the Virginia Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter. Regardless of what she is involved in, she is continuously aiming to encourage the growth of women in engineering.
Victoria Wojcik is a fifth-year student at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), completing a dual B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering-- with concentrations in Neural Engineering and Controls. Driven by a passion for product design and development, she aims to expand the capabilities of medical devices used in the clinic, operating room, and home. At Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Victoria has coded adaptive therapy games for robotic-arm clinical trials that investigate individualized, error-augmented rehabilitation. On campus, she serves as a Peer Mentor for all engineering residents, providing tutoring and partnering with UIC’s Women in Engineering Program to deliver events that advance justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in STEM. Outside the lab, Victoria has performed with the Whispers Center for Artistic Expression since 2011, supporting cultural fundraisers that award scholarships and advocate against drunk driving while celebrating Polish heritage.
Hannah McCormick is a fourth year student pursuing a BS in Architectural Engineering at Kansas State University. She has a passion for broadening her perspectives, problem solving, and connecting with others. During her time at Kansas State, she has been involved with many professional organizations including ASHRAE, IES, and Engineers Without Borders. She also gained valuable leadership experience during her term as Chapter President of Alpha Xi Delta at Kansas State University. Hannah hopes to make a positive impact in the world and further the global mission of sustainability by utilizing her degree to decrease energy consumption in commercial buildings across the country.
Jill Kennicott is a 3rd year student pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with a minor in Construction Management at Bradley University. She plans to become a mechanical engineer to design HVAC systems for buildings, and improve her community's indoor environment by designing and implementing effective and energy-conscious solutions. Jill is involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and has served as both the Conference Chair and Vice President of her chapter. She is also involved in the Mechanical Contractor's Association of America (MCAA) where she led a team of students in a mechanical contracting bidding competition against other universities across the country. Jill has attended conferences for SWE, MCAA, and ASHRAE where she has had the opportunity to learn more about the mechanical industry and build her network.

Sabrina Bucaro is a junior at Vanderbilt University studying Biomedical Engineering and Medicine, Health, and Society. She serves as the Panhellenic Delegate for Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Member Development Chair for Momentum Dance Company. Passionate about community, Sabrina is a STEM tutor on campus and actively participates in mental health philanthropy through Active Minds. She has helped to design medical devices for children with muscular dystrophy and pupillary disorders, and is currently researching sarcoma regression using oncolytic viruses. Sabrina is driven by a commitment to inclusive innovation in medicine and plans to pursue a career in immunoengineering and therapeutic design. She hopes to use her engineering education to advance health equity and improve lives through thoughtful, human-centered research.
Ananya Gupta is a second year student at Duke University studying Mechanical Engineering. Her passions lie utilizing engineering to aid the environment. She has conducted various research studies prior to her time at Duke and now continues them under the guidance of professors. She is an advocate for Women in STEM fields through her women-centered tutoring organization and role in the Duke chapter of Society of Women Engineers. On campus she is a member of Duke Motorsports, Duke eNable: 3D printing prosthetics club, and Duke Rhydhun (Bollywood dance team). She hopes to one day use her experiences and knowledge to create her own startup dedicated to creating devices meant to aid the environment and its health.
Leilani Co is a 2nd year student pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Since elementary school she has always been drawn to STEM, participating in robotics and STEM competitions. She is heavily invested in supporting women in STEM through her involvement with AAsuccess and Engineer Girl. Through these programs she has provided STEM workshops for young girls to spark interest and encourage curiosity.
Alissa Chimienti is a 4th year student at the University of Missouri, pursuing a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science. Passionate about problem solving and innovation, she co-founded the university’s competitive programming club to create a space for students to sharpen their algorithmic thinking and compete on national stages. Outside of class, Alissa enjoys participating in hackathons that challenge her creativity and technical skills. She is also currently engaged in undergraduate research that applies machine learning techniques to detect vulnerabilities in code. Through her academic work and leadership, Alissa is dedicated to pushing boundaries and pursuing opportunities that challenge her to think beyond the classroom.
Evelyn Snyder is a student leader double majoring in Computer Science and Marketing at Widener University. From leading Widener’s Computer Science Club as President to supporting other women in technology, she is extremely involved within the STEM community. Two of her favorite leadership positions have been her Philanthropy and Professional Chair positions for the Beta Phi Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon sorority. Two years ago, she initiated the “Professional Tea Party” event which promotes women in STEM to come together and explore all things career and networking. She also loves working with other women in STEM whether it’s speaking to young girls about their passions or teaching girls in high school to program their first website. As for her professional experience, she is currently working as a technical project management intern for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she assists with the managing of futuristic technology going into the Robert’s Children’s Health building scheduled to open in 2028. In her free time, she enjoys being with her loved ones, going to the gym, and has recently been really into reading physical magazines!
Adia Jones is a 3rd year student at the University of Delaware. In the spring, she will be graduating a year early with a B.S. in Biochemistry. After graduation, she plans on pursuing a Masters degree in Chemistry. She joined A.O.E. her freshman year, and it has made all the difference in her college experience.
Jocelyn Huber is in the final year of her BS in Electrical Engineering at Grove City College in Grove City, PA. During her time at Grove City College, she has served as secretary for IEEE, been a dance choreographer for Orchesis (the college dance company), and holds three campus jobs. She has really enjoyed her summer internships working in the power industry at Burns and McDonnell. After graduation, she plans to take the FE exam to earn her professional engineering license and work in the power industry, with the ultimate goal being engineering management.
